2 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality The fascia of the vehicle was covered in overspray paint, and despite being told it was a new fascia, it was actually an old one that had been spray-painted. There are noticeable paint mismatches, which reflects poor craftsmanship. 2 Star : Customer Service This experience has been disappointing, and in hindsight, I regret not choosing a smaller shop that could have offered more personalized and reliable service.
0 Star : My Experience The shop had my vehicle for five and half weeks. I was told the process would take three weeks. The shop ordered the wrong parts for the vehicle, adding to the delays. The shop waited over a week after having my vehicle to tell me that my insurance company did not reach out to the shop to schedule their on site assessment of the vehicle. If I can’t get you guys to fix it I plan on going on every single social media outlet and blasting the situation to the public.
