0 Star : My Experience The work is great, but the overall timeliness and efficiency of the service took way too long. I was told to bring my car in for an appointment and nobody even touched my car for 3 days after I brought it in. The car should not have been scheduled for an appointment until the parts were ordered and I was next in line to start repair. The car was drivable until the parts arrived. After drop off they told us that this is not the case as their person is going on vacation so my car sat there unnecessarily for that week. The door is not fixed correctly as there is a lot of wind noise from it now. 0 Star : My Experience I was looking forward to receiving my car. However, once receiving the car I was greatly disappointed on the outcome. The car was very dirty. Glass still all over the rear seat underneath. Tools were left in the trunk and my seat belts were stained. My dash was scratched. Overall I was disappointed
