Parts that needed to be replaced were not. I was told my sunroof was not removed. Driving through the car wash a week later. Water, drinched my seats and kids from the water that came through the sunroof while going through the carwash. Very disappointed with the service. 4 Star : Customer Service

I had to deal with the insurance company to extend my loaner vehicle that cost me 45 minutes. I get a text on Thursday saying my car was ready for pickup, when all the above information occurred on the prior Monday. 0 Star : My Experience Thank you. The repair took way too long. It was in the shop at least a week before repairs or disassembly started. Thus the insurance company incurred rental costs which results in higher premiums.
