0 Star : My Experience I specifically requested that additional repairs be done, which I knew and acknowledged wouldn’t be paid by insurance, but despite me telling y’all up front what I wanted, you waited until you had already had my vehicle for several days to tell me y’all weren’t willing to do the repair. It took more than a month to fix my car that did not have much damage, and each time I called to check they gave me a promise time within few days, when I called in the promised time to the car is not ready and gave me another promise time. They never kept me updated I had to call myself and leave msgs most of the times. 0 Star : My Experience I replied to an email but was not answered. So I left a voice message to the same person but was not answered. Turns out the person took off time for holidays. I totally approve of that. However, from a customer service perspective, it would have made sense to place a âout of office, will return on this dateâ message on both email and voicemail. The car itself was beautifully repaired!
