Great customer service I was in a sticky situation with my car and the team at Vandergriff really assist me without thinking of their sales. Instead they helped me like I was family. I really appreciate the staff here for making my life easier. Rhonda the sales person was persistent at calling me and keeping up with me which I was grateful for. Got the car I wanted First off let me start out by saying before Vandergriff I had been to 8 different dealerships previously. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable, straight forward, called us to come back and finish deal even though they close at 9. Definetly will recommend.
Charles Bright is a true gentleman! He was very knowledgeable and kind in helping me buy a car for my 16 yr old daughter. He made our car buying experience wonderful! The finance department however was extremely slow. We waited over 45 min to purchase our car and we were paying in cash not financing! Very disappointed in that aspect.
Early this week, I went in for service and Rachell was great!! Very good customer service. I highly recommend her. Each issue was explained and addressed.
