It was quick and the service person was very detail on the service.
The service was good and everything was addressed.
Took my Pilot Elie in for a recall. We were greeted by Hai Tran. He explained what would be involved. Took us into the waiting room, gave us a token for a soft drink. When the car was done, explained how it went and went over the details. Very nice young man. If you don't have a service person, definitely ask for him.
I highly recommend my sales man. His customer service was second to none. His outstanding customer service, exceeded my expectations. I was completely impressed with his professionalism.
