Service was great. My service guy was great. However, my paperwork was not at the cashier when I was ready to checkout. My sales associate was not at his desk, so I get ignored by the guy who sits next to him for about 10 minutes finally someone, one desk over comes up and goes through his desk to find my paperwork. They had my car from 7:30 am til 4pm. I was done waiting. I was patient and entertained waiting at my brother's but enough was enough. If not for that I would have given 5 stars.
