The vehicle was taken in on time, service work was performed in an excellent manner, including an elective that was squeezed in at the last moment. Vehicle was returned to me in a timely manner, with all work done to my usual high standards. Superb communication by the dealer and service representative, Rachall Howard.
The staff is friendly. They listen tentatively to your concerns. They are very hospitable. They let me know what they were doing to my vehicle. Rachell wasd pleasant to work with.
I made my appointment online and Rachell was the service adviser that helped me upon my arrival. She kept me updated on how the work was progressing. She was extremely helpful and is a true customer service champion. I recommend Vandergriff Honda and ask for Rachell.
