Charles Bright did an excellent job for Vandergriff Honda. He listened to what I wanted and delivered it. He did not resort to high pressure sales tactics, but was respectful and courteous.
Have used this dealership many times over 20 years. Service has always been excellent and Wednesday wS no different. Rachell talked to me on the phone to help me adjust a setting on my console. Asked to come in to check out B1 maintenance which I had done at other Honda dealer and tire store. Oil change was 9 months old so we decided to do that. Took car for service and found it had a punctured sidewall on a tire. Rachell went above and beyond to help find the best deal in tires and got them worked on in time for me to make it to work. Great experience!
