Great customer service I was in a sticky situation with my car and the team at Vandergriff really assist me without thinking of their sales. Instead they helped me like I was family. I really appreciate the staff here for making my life easier. Rhonda the sales person was persistent at calling me and keeping up with me which I was grateful for. Got the car I wanted First off let me start out by saying before Vandergriff I had been to 8 different dealerships previously. I needed a reliable gas saver but something that suited me and was “newer”. David Attar assured me confidently that Vandergriff was going to be my last stop. Had an excellent time with Mr. Charles Bright, he was helpful and knowledgeable. He has also been staying in contact with me to follow up on the post sale promises he made.
Charles Bright is a true gentleman! He was very knowledgeable and kind in helping me buy a car for my 16 yr old daughter. He made our car buying experience wonderful! The finance department however was extremely slow. We waited over 45 min to purchase our car and we were paying in cash not financing! Very disappointed in that aspect.
Early this week, I went in for service and Rachell was great!! Very good customer service. I highly recommend her. Each issue was explained and addressed.
Rachell was awesome and was very friendly and took care of me while I had my CRV services. Excellent customer service. She I had helped me 2 times and I would not want anyone else to be my service advisor.
