Great Team Worked with Charles at Vandergriff Honda and he’s just a super good dude. Very helpful and not pushy. The only negative was how long it took. Not necessarily his fault, but we were there for 8 hours. Everyone knows managers get involved in car sales once the negotiating starts to take way, and I wouldn’t give them 5 stars, but Charles definitely earned his.

Great customer service-sales Our sales associate, Charles Bright, was very knowledgeable & friendly. We were looking for a car for my son & had some fairly specific requirements. He was able to help us find what we needed. Before the test drive, he explained every feature if the car to my son, as he would be the primary driver. This attention to detail helped solidify our choice in car as we were also looking at a Toyota. I appreciated Mr Bright making the purchase decision stress free & easy.
