Great sales and service. There was no high pressure. all employees we met was vert nice. This is our 13th Hyundai in our family two of which was purchased in Canada.
I Did It By Myself! This was the fist time I negotiated for a new car alone. Several years ago my credit was ruined and now I am bringing it up again. Unfortunately, I didn't get a great credit rate on a basic model Elantra and felt I was better off keeping my 4 year old Sonata. Basic car Made it relatively painless and was sympathetic to my mobility restrictions. Victor was very personable and available. Dealership had lots of vehicles to choose from so got colors and features I wanted.
Excellent experience from start to finish. I would buy another car from Kirby Collins at Vandergriff Hyundai. We did not feel pressured and everything was explained in appropriate detail.
Nice people, fair prices. Great discounts. We got down to business quickly as we had a good idea what we wanted. Test drive, etc. all went smooth, pricing was explained well and seemed fair with some negotiation room on trade-in. Financing and options discussions went smoothly and as I'd expect. We drove off pretty quickly with a new car, exactly what we were looking for.

Very thoughtful sales person Ernest went above and beyond to help me get a car. He came and picked me up because I had no transportation. He explained all the car features and helped me with setting up my Bluetooth for my phone. Many thanks to Earnest for saving me a lot of time!
