Excellence Excellent what else describes this dealership. There is no other words that describe our experience when we bought our new car. Hooray for excellent leadership as well as training.
I tried On a phone conversation with Jeff Carrington, I was comparing prices with other Dealerships. Jeff told me .."We have the lowest prices in the State". Just tell me what you want and the color and I will have it. I challenge you to find a lower price ! I tried and looked up every Dealership in Texas. I called Jeff and set up a appointment and drove from Midland,Tx. The experience was wonderful and timely. My wife and I were very happy and satisfied with all the Staff as well. I will come back again when the time comes.
Santa Fe purchase I was planning to purchase a new Santa Fe sport in Wichita Falls at Pattersons, but I had a horrible experience. The prices were way to high and the Sales Manager was extremely arrogant and not customer friendly. I used autotrader.com to find the same car for the money I was wanting, and I reached out to the dealership. I got Kirby and it went from there. Good Stuff The dealership was wonderful. We got our car the day we arrived which was conviniennent. Jason was an exceptional employee and was THE defination of customer service. He answered all my questions and concerns and even told us everything about the car a first time buyer needs to know. Overall a good experience for a good car. New car Bought a new Sonata Sport instead of a used Sonata Limited because of the interest rate. I really wanted all leather seats, but plan to have those added later on. Otherwise the car is very sporty & I like driving it.
My 3rd car from Vandergriff This was my third time to buy a vehicle from vandergriff. I live two hours away and will always continue to buy my vehicles from here because of the staff and service I receive.

AS AT ANOTHER DEALER WHERE I MADE A HYUNDAI PURCHASE EARLIER THIS YEAR, THE WINDOW TINT CHARGE WAS GIVEN TO ME IN THE LAST STAGE OF PRICE NEGOTIATION. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE BUT IT DOESN'T CREATE A BETTER SENSE OF TRUST.
