Customer Service @ Its Best I had servicing issues with a vehicle I have had less than a year, and very upset, I asked for general mgr. Ms. Patricia Fonseca (general mgr's secretary), quickly, courteously, caring and a great asset to Hyundai of Arlington, quickly calmed me down, and took my concerns and issues to Mr Carlos Fonseca ( general mgr) who as gracious and courteously met with me and patiently addressed all my issues, and concerns. Quick service Excellent service that was the quickest deal I have ever made. Sales person was an awesome guy that was giving me information about the car. Finance manager was also great. I enjoyed how he got me in and out. Also was able to help out with a better apr.
