Happy I recently purchased a new car with Lou, who multiple family members have gone through, and he is always so helpful and treats us like family when we are there. We always have wonderful experiences when we go to Hyundai!! I definitely recommend the Arlington location and Lou!!
Excellent experience in every way We bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from Lou Margetis. I say "bought" because we never felt pressure to buy or that he just sold the car. Lou was well versed on the car, no pressure, friendly without being fake, and honestly interested in what we were looking for in a car. Great Our experience was great from the time we pulled into the lot. Lou helped make everything nice and smooth and worked with us so we could drive off in our new car within hours.

Was only looking .....bought a new car Lou did a great job selling us the car. Lou made the experience an easy one and enjoyable through the whole time. We only went to shop and with Lous help we wound up leaving w a car I would highly recommend him to any one that is car shopping.
Great staff Talk about over and above customer service, that is the sales team at Vandergriff Hyundai!!! I actually went into the dealership to look and see my options. There was no sales pressure at all. I did not purchase a car that day. However, Hyundai ran a promotion and sales team contacted me by phone. They told me the final financing price over text message. It was exactly what worked for me!
