Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show both cars we were interested in. He described every feature of each in an excited manner. It was apparent that he believed in what he was selling. He was easy to talk to and was not at all pushy. He made shopping for and buying a car a fun and easy experience. I would recommend him to everyone.
I will be honest. The original review was very negative and much deserved. HOWEVER, this dealership has worked very hard to earn my business and my trust back. Still not perfect, but definitely displayed integrity and willingness to make things right. I have gone back to their Facebook page and found that my most recent post about "I don't know what's more disturbing..." was not actually deleted, but now it only appears when Iiltered by "posts by others". My original post as well as at least 3 others that were posted since then are still missing, so I can only assume they have been deleted, although if you filter by "posts by others" rather than "highlights", there are two negative posts (by one person) that remain on their page. After a bad experience at my local Manuel Hyundai, I chose Vandergriff for a couple of service visits. Can't say enough about how great this service department is and the excellent service Amy provided. Time to repair and cost estimates were accurate and her charming character makes car service a downright enjoyable experience. Especially liked the Hyundai Channel they have in the waiting area. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Genesis January 21, 2013. Jonathan Clayton and Ben Defibaugh both assisted in the selection of the Genesis. Both were knowlegible about all aspects of the car and answered all questions. Ben worked with us through the afternoon and finally handed us off to the finance department.
