Maletta was personable and knowledgeable, she listened to my needs and found the perfect car. We had spoken thru email a bit after some test drives and she was able to have everything set up upon my arrival to make for a quick sale transaction. She has followed up to be sure I am satisfied with my purchase and has made herself available to answer some of the goofy questions I had afterward. Great experience!

I bought a 2012 Sonata Hybrid from Richard Harvey. The whole experience from start to finish was a very pleasurable. Richard was on the ball even before I got to the dealership. I emailed about the car I was interested in and set my pre-financing online. So when I got to dealership to test drive the car - all went very smoothly. I would recommend to email or call and ask to deal with Richard Harvey. This dealership and sales person has restored my faith in customer service in buying a car.

I found Bryce to be very knowledgeable about cars in general and the car I was interested in (an Accent base) in particular. I appreciated that he kept any add-ons from being applied before I had a chance to drive the car. The negotiating process was better than I was expecting since it had been 15 years since I bought a car, and was completed in less time than I was expecting. With 40 years of driving experience behind me, this was the best car buying exerience I've ever had. From the sales person, through the accounting office, to walking out the door. I'm not from Dallas, and was looking for a specific vehicle configuration, which this dealership had. We agreed upon a deal, and each associate I encountered was easy to confer with, and very helpful in their role. If you are looking for a car, and you've decided to either try a Hyundai or like a Hyundai already. Go see Ericka at Vandergriff Hyundai. We did after going to 3 or 4 other dealerships, some of them owned by Vandergriff as well, and she was the best by far. She was personable, not overbearing, nice, and was trying to help us. It was not a dog and pony show like the other sales people were putting on.
Sam Hamdan gave me the sales pitch but he was not aggressive and thus, I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited, however it made for a long day due to the finance person. If it wasn't for Sam I would have walked. I came with check in hand but the finance person tried to get a different two different companies to compete for a lower interest rate, which caused my credit score to received two additional hits and they would not finance me because I still owed for 1 car.
