It could have been better. 3 things could have been better that, to me, are big deals. One, not being notified or let known of the scratch/dig on the side of the car. I see that they purposefully avoided pictures of that side and didn't mention it. Was pouring that day so unfortunately I did not notice until I got home. Two, they were not knowledgeable about a Chevy car in a Hyundai place...even though Vandergriff ALSO has a Chevy place. Pushy " used car" salesman tactics. Our salesman was great and very genuine. However, The staffed who conducted the document signing was very pushy and would not respect my request to stop trying to sell additional products to jack up the price of our vehicle. What an insult and waste of our time; very disingenuous.
none Do not like misleading advertising. Was sold an extended warranty that I didn't even realize I was buying. Cancelled services plan as well as the extended warranty. Never got a clear answer to how much those plans cost.
Disappointed customer Deceptive advertising, poor follow through to complete purchase and financial terms of the deal. Exasperating to say the least. Can't recommend this dealership as a result.
THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR OWN INTERNET PRICING! I tried to get a new Elantra for Vandergriff's internet price and I was told that the "Discount" on their website was actually the conditional rebates that everybody does not qualify for even though it showed the rebates that everyone qualified for as a separate item and conditional rebates as a separate item. Headphones Stolen from Car Brought my Sonata in for a fix on a recall. The service itself was fine. Got home and found my blue tooth headphones were missing from the back, passenger side floor where I had laid them down after the gym, immediately preceding my dealership visit. Called and left voicemails that weren't returned. Finally emailed and got a sales guy. A gentlemen named Jimmy called me later and assured me that a manager would contact me. 2017 Elantra sports Unhappy with misrepresented service plan I purchased to find out from the Company who send me the Card that it is only for oil change every 3K miles for 36K miles or 36 months. And for student who lives in the dorm may drive 10K-15K in 3 years that means 4-5 oil change at the cost of $22x6= $132 instead I paid $410.00 that is way I do not value Vandergrift Finance resources.
Good as long as you have no issues Bought a used 2016 Nissan Sentra with 6500 miles and just barely made my first payment 1 week ago. Have an issue with my front bumper on the driver side where it keeps flaring out like there is/was no fastener keeping the bracket together.
