warranties not honored They ignore issues that need to be repaired, which are covered under warranty. Buyers beware! The only course of action at this point is a lemon law complaint.
Online prices are higher once you get to the dealership The finance department person was deceptive. He lied about what the GAP program covered and about not running a credit report, when he did not once, but twice. Also, the prices they quote online are not the same when you get to the dealership. They will tell you, you do not qualify for the discounts they listed. So, be aware of the online prices, they will be higher when you get to the dealership.

dishonest and decietful These people will cheat and deceive in every interaction they have with the customer. They will change the numbers in the agreement and be so apologetic then the next person in the system does the same thing and is also apologetic. I cannot count the number of times that someone there has told me " I assure you I don't do things like that" and the classic "if I thought they did things like that here I would walk right out" and then does something just as sleazy. Almost had my business, But. I wish I could give this dealership 5 stars I really do. An awful experience with Mr. William Houston. My sales rep Tim was amazing, he was friendly, outgoing and just a great person to work with. The problem came with price. Have tried for three weeks to get an appt. for new car service. NO answer, left messages no reply, six times. Wrote email on website for appt. no reply. These folks are messed up on organization of service. I have already got an appt. with another Hyundai dealership closer by. Forget Vandergriff.

Dealer recently changed service personnel. Operator keeps putting incoming calls into the wrong voice mail box. Service personel have stolen handicapped placard on two occasions. When we report it, nobody cares. This requires us to go to the Department of Motor Vehicles, stand in line half a day to get another placard. We will find another Hyundai dealer.
