Fraud, deception and theft It began as a typical car lot visit. Met a sales guy & took a test drive in a used [2015] truck, which I liked. Then I reviewed the Carfax and noticed the $1500 dealer added options of window tint, wheel locks, and Nitrogen filled tires had been added 3yrs ago by the original dealer. So, 100% fraud. True Let Down To The Genesis Brand Hyundai has been pushing Genesis G80 and G90 through multiple channels, touting the vehicles are “intuitively designed luxury.” With all this hype of luxury and even on Genesis’ landing page, is the phrase, “RESPECT COMES STANDARD,” in all caps. Could be better They sold my boyfriend a dirty car with a torn windshield. He's a truck driver so I brought it back. It took them at least an hour and half just to detail the car and get one wiper. I can only imagine if something bigger was wrong.

dealership location This is the first time I have purchased a car outside my living area and I won't do it again it as it is turning into a convenience for me and them but I felt they gave me a better deal than the others I looked at online. Feel they pushed BlueLink, only to find out I don't even have it on my car, they should be sure of this before they tell you how great it is. Follow up on messages is not great, usually have to call back.

Very dissatisfied! I would like to start by explaining my experience at Vandergriff service. I brought my vehicle in on October 25th to get my power steering fluid changed, my indoor trunk latch replaced, and to troubleshoot a problem with the computer inside, pertaining to phone calls received and no name from contacts appearing. Do not use this service department If at all possible I would never recommendation to this service department. Very bad experience with length of time they kept my car and could not get a return call to save my life if you do by chance decide to take here do not use Keith as your advisor, extremely poor service.

Frustrated Tried setting up an appointment to get some recall work done. Dealer said they would have someone call back to set it up. Nobody called back! Finally called back a week later to set up an appointment and again they said someone would call right back. After about 5 hrs. nothing. So I called back again and asked what's up and finally talked to a guy named Keith. He set me up and told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. Horrible Service This was my 8-9th visit in 2017. First go around was the beginning of 2017 with my back left brake light not working. I had told them I knew there had to be a short in it, logically, cause it would come off and on. I had to return about 5 times until they FINALLY replaced the whole fixture. Mind you, a loaner was not given during this time. Then this last time around, I had had to go back 4 times. "Buyer Beware' - Dealer has not delivered all items sold (but missing at time of delivery) and did not convey that the tires have no warranty. Dealer also has not delivered two items missing from car. This is my 4th Hyundai in 26 months.....and my last. the 60 month/60K miles is useless if they are not going to enforce and are allowed to choose when to apply. Unbelievable, premeditated consumer trap.
