BAIT AND SWITCH Typical old school dealership that won't honor their online prices. I went to their "Specials" section of their website, and there was a new Santa Fe advertised with a $4025 dealer discount plus rebates, bringing the car from $26,100 to $20,075 after some extra rebates I qualified for (loyalty). Worst Experience EVERRRRR! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here April 2015. 1 month later we were in the service department because of an awful rattle coming from the wheels and even though we had the MPP extended warranty we had a hard time getting our car serviced. HARD PASS I went in to buy a car here because I saw online they had a special on used sonatas. Love the car, not a fan of this dealership. Granted, I did walk in at 830 when they close at 9, but they did not address my concerns. I told them multiple times I was an out of state buyer and that the car needed to be titled elsewhere. A "new" car but a year old My salesman, Robert Hobley, was excellent and quite helpful, as was Bernardo Aguayo, who did the paperwork. After purchase I found that my "new" car had been on the lot for almost a year. The tires were flat-spotted and the navigation program was out-of-date. The dealer fixed the tires but provided no update for the nav. program. If I had known the car was that old I would have gone elsewhere.
Awful service in many respects Professionally not competent and also not courteous. Below are what the Vandergriff Hyundai service did: 1) I requested to replace a burnt head light on the right, but they replaced a left head light, and handed out the car to me without checking it. 2) I also requested the State Inspection, but I wonder how my car passed the State Inspection with one headlight dead. Awful customer service The salesman I worked with was unrelational. The whole process of buying the car and returning for service has been a hassle every time. I was promised a free tank of gas and a free clicker. I showed up twice to get the clicker but because Fawzi didn't turn in the necessary paperwork I had to return a third time for it to be ready to pick up. I never received my tank of gas. Horrible Experience Worst attempted car buying process I have ever been through. Was held like a hostage while my vehicle was being appraised while they were trying to convince me to purchase a vehicle I didn't want! Worst car buying experience ever would not recommend anyone Terrible customer service for a cash paying customer, lied to by sales staff, told one price then paperwork was $5k more. Bought car brand new paid cash, has been in shop for 14 of 16 days owned. Only person who has treated me like a customer should be is my service professional AJ Singleton.
