Their system said I was due for an alignment. I knew for a fact though I had one the few months prior that I was there. So I told the rep who didn't believe me because of what the system said. I pulled up another fax report that said I did AND said it's odd my alignment was off right after I left after my supposed alignment. Anyway, the rep said their system was hacked or something recently and he looked in some other system to find that an alignment was done and paid for. So they did a "free alignment" during that visit but... read more
