Service rep courteous and professional. Truck required additional repairs after diagnostics which is always hard to accept. Truck does run more evenly so was worth investment in my 240,000 miles vehicle.

Adolfo is always courteous and keeps me informed on the status of my car. The only issue I had with the visit is that I didn't get a copy of the multi point inspection for my vehicle.

The sales agent wasn't knowledgeable about the car and both he and his manger were pushy to the point of both of them calling me twice a day. The car was overpriced and the dealership overvalued the after market body mods significantly. They tried to illegally force me into paying for extras I did not want and when my co-signer friend came they made inappropriate insinuations about our relationship. I really like the car though and they were willing to negotiate price and loan terms.
