Liked Jose and his professionalism and caring. I did not like them recommending a $200 battery when I did not need one.

I had my kids with me and I couldn't get to my phone for service updates which needed my response . My inaction caused me to stay longer at the dealership. The service agent could have alerted me about it and saved me some time.
