We cannot thank the Hilderbrants enough for their patience and fast service! We had gone through multiple offers for nine months during a difficult buyers market! Kevin wrote up so many approval letters and we even had to update our paperwork because so much time passed during the real estate search. Angela was so knowledgeable and wonderful in explaining the whole mortgage process to me. Even when there were a couple hiccups (from my end), she remained calm and rationed through exactly what I needed to provide to keep things moving along.
