The whole process went pretty smoothly right up until three days before closing when a mistake was made on the underwriter’s end and the loan had to be changed. We were never told what went wrong by anyone from their team, they told our realtor and she told us what was happening. Communication was okay for a while, but our closing was delayed three days and the final two days of the process I had to text our loan originator to get a response. Very frustrating end to an otherwise smooth process
