The loan origination process went fairly smoothly with Kathryn and the document upload through Floify. We ran into some miscommunication along the way between the loan processing and the title company. Kathryn's intervention helped move this along. On a couple of occasions duplicate requests for documents were made. But overall we were satisfied with the experience.

Mike took the time to make sure we knew the difference in loan types(fha and conventional). And when we tried and lost a few bids due to us trying to go with fha, Mike dug in and took a nother look at everything to see if we could do a conventional and made sure we understood the price difference but still made the loan affordable and a reasonable down payment.
