Mia DeSalvo is, by far, the kindest and most efficient mortgage loan officer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She responded to emails almost immediately and was both efficient and reassuring during the entire process. My only complaint is that the underwriting process was incredibly lengthy for a small mortgage refinance with no red flags. The entire process from first contact to close was 12 weeks through no fault of Mia.
