The process went quickly, although communication up front was slow. And at the end of our transaction we had to push our closing twice do to last minute lender issues. They did not confirm the CD until the last minute and then the day of closing we had to delay because of the package not being sent over to title on time. Mostly good overall, but those last two issues were very stressful.
