This is a time - buying a house - when cool heads and good direction are needed. I felt the Silver City team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my decisions. I had to back out of the first deal I went after because the property was not up to the standards I want ed in a home, but I didn't realize its condition until an Inspection pro went over the property with me. The Van Dyke team stayed focused though and the next properrty was perfect.
