I was currently trying to close on a house with another Agency with ALOT of bumps in the road. I was given a clear to close by them (Not going to mention the name of business). Packed up my furniture and belongings to move and got a call with word that they denied my loan after already giving me clear to close. This caused MAJOR problems not to mention loss of money for appraisal and losing my deposit for rent. Carrie got my application and ended up making it happen sooooo smoothly without issue

What does it say about not only the Loan Officer but the Operations staff when 2 different employees from a title Insurance company (that works with hundreds of different loan officers every month) chooses Sean Moore and Vandyk Mortgage for their refi and purchase needs? For consumers that are reading this. Take a second and really think about what I just typed.

The process was seamless with no difficulties. It was nice for once I was kept informed at each step. Timely emails and quick answers was great. It's nice to have a lender that actually answers the phone!
