Tim Hart’s experience was impressive in assessing if a refinance was of value and if it was feasible. In the end, everything fell into place as Tim predicted. There was never a moment when we were in the dark because the VanDyk team talks to every client every Tuesday. It’s not just hype, they really do it.

Diana and her team are easy to work with, asking lots of questions to ensure that they can provide the product/experience that works best for the customer. The online, secure website used for submitting information is easy to access, upload documents and stay on track with what is needed and when it is approved. This is my 2nd time using the VanDyke team and I plan to use the team again with my next mortgage.

I HIGHLYrecommend this company! Tim and his team helped my husband and I secure a mortgage when my first lender left us at the closing table. Tim and his team didn't waste anytime, they got right to work for us!! Their communication is unlike any other, its amazing!! They actually call you with weekly update. When something is needed (ex-well water test), they get it done in hours, not days or weeks (unlike my first lender who took over a month just to get the appraisal). Thanks again everyone!!
