The process had a few hiccups that were out of our control. They were fixed quickly but I did feel there were times that follow up’s We’re promised that weren’t done and I had to reach out. Between that and our rate lock wasn’t originally locked in when I thought it was and it cost us a little bit to buy the rate down. Overall we were happy with the process but I am a big believer of proper follow up especially when issues arise and I have to follow up to find out about them.
