Vanessa was referred to us by our realtor, at our request. We were still in Washington state when we first spoke to Vanessa. In a very short phone call, Vanessa pre-qualified us for a VA home loan. Once we were in Lumberton, NC and selected the property we wanted, Vanessa went to work and completed our loan process. Vanessa was so efficient that we were able to close a full week early. As a first time home buyer, having a good lender is important. Vanessa went above and beyond in her customer service. She is very knowledgeable and communicative. She answered all of my questions and offered valuable advice. Vanessa is a great lender and wonderful person. It was a pleasure working with her! I definitely recommend her to anyone!

Vanessa was recommended to us by our realtor. We were on the road moving from Washington state to North Carolina and that presented no problem in starting our loan process to Vanessa. This was my first house and I had all emotions in the world. I talked to three other lenders before making my final decision. Mrs Borst was the first one to keep things simple and make things make sense calming all my nerves. Mrs Borst is very responsive and easy to work with.
