Vanessa did a mortgage for a friend of mine and I was so impressed, I wanted her to do my mortgage as well, even though my personal bank was pressuring me to choose them. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness that I received from Ms. Vanessa. She answered the many questions that I had, she explained everything to me in laymen's terms, she always kept me updated on the progress and status, and she was flexible. Most importantly she is very knowledgeable and willing to share that information with you to help the process. Moving across the country 3,000 miles away can be stressful but working with Vanessa put me at ease. As a first time home buyer she kept me informed, worked diligently, and answered all my questions throughly giving me a peace of mind as I made such a big purchase.

She was awesome to to work with, and did everything to help me out and answer all my questions she was very friendly never had an issue I feel like she did everything in her power to get me My loan and also I requested to close early and she did everything possible to get everything ready so I did end up closing early

Our loan process for searching and buying our forever home as newlyweds was nothing short of spectacular. Pre-approval went smoothly and even though you have to provide everything under the sun to sign your life away for 30 years Vanessa made the process painless. She is a very organized and professional individual and will always work to do what's best for her clients. My realtor even commented on how great it was to work with her.
