She was very involved throughout the whole buying process advising us with her many years of experience. She was even able to get us qualified for the best interest and always answered our calls anytime we had a question.

I would recommend Mrs. Vanessa to anyone. She truly does know what she is doing and is a true professional at what she does. If your looking for someone you no longer have to look. You found her. From the beginning of the process and even after closing she has been amazing.

I cannot put into words how good Vanessa is at her job. Contact her if you need a house. She is on point. I bought my house through a VA loan process and she knew it all like a fish knows water.

Hey guys! I shopped lenders as I entered the Fayetteville market and I instantly knew Vanessa was "the one." My deceased wife was a mortgage officer for BB&T for 20 years. Vanessa was almost a clone of my wife as far as her attention to detail and her professionalism. The service was excellent. From the date I signed the offer to purchase contract until I signed the closing documents in the lawyers office was exactly 3 weeks and 1 day. First and utmost Ms. Vanessa Borst was very professional providing outstanding service with navigating us through this home buying process. Ms. Borst from my perspective is an individual has a client centered attitude that leads to positive rapport building something which is disappearing in customer services.
