Verified Renter We recently moved into our apartment at Vantage Spring Creek. I appreciate how well maintained the property is. The building very quiet and clean. The staff is very attentive and all issues are handled promptly and efficiently. The location is great, everything is within a few minutes from my apartment. I value the safety & security the complex provides. I highly recommend you view the property, it does not disappoint.

Verified Renter I love my apartment. It is spacious. I have long balcony that overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard. I like to have my breakfast on the balcony in the summer & spring. The attached nature trail is fabulous. It is ideal for a nice jog or walk after work or Saturday morning.
Verified Renter The property is very aesthetically pleasing, and has the feel of a nice hotel resort. The pool area is beautiful, and the community fitness center has everything needed for productive training sessions. Additionally, the property is very close to walking trails, and is also in close proximity to major thoroughfares, and a wide variety of unique dining, entertainment, and shopping choices.
Gone down in quality Pros: Great location, beautiful nature preserve, high ceilings Cons: New management is turning this into a cash cow. They cut Apartment Life events, charged amenity fee during COVID even when amenities were unavailable, added package fees ($5 if you don't immediately pick up your package), and upped rents across the board. The mail situation is horrid (packages are constantly lost). Furthermore, the terms of their lease are very one sided. Would not recommend.

Verified Renter Although Ive only lived here for a month, its been a pleasant experience. Maintenance is completed timely and so far no issues with other residents.
Verified Renter This property is not worth the price or headache. It's roach infested, which makes it a health hazard and a horrific living experience. The walls are thin making the noise is intolerable. Residents speed through the parking structure without any concern for other residents, especially children, who are trying to get from the garage to their units safely. This apartment looks beautiful, but it's not a luxury or high-end experience by any means.
Verified Renter The neighbors are quiet and the living is good. All the amenities promised work as they should, clean and relaxing.
