Verified Renter The unit was not move in ready. I see water damage within the unit that was not putback properly. The locker system is too small for the size of this community and there are packages sitting on the floor outside the lockers where anyone can pick them up.

Verified Renter The complex is updated and attractive with nice amenities. The apartments are comfortable and the neighbors have been friendly. One member of the property management team in particular has consistently gone above and beyond to make my family's transition into our new home as smooth as possible and to help troubleshoot whenever we've needed help

Verified Renter Its been great so far. No issues with community or leasing offices. Extended lease for one more year. Front office people really sweet. They are ready to help with any issue specific to lease or apartments.

Verified Renter I’ve been at this apartment complex for 3 years now and I love the location and the amenities. My only complaint is there is a lot of trash at times and they used to provide towels in the gym / stock mode cleaning supplies. No biggie though.

Verified Renter The longer I stay here the more disappointed I am. The neighbors are changing and it's beginning to feel less safe. Police are here often, cars being targeted, people hanging out in cars, just not a great experience. The gym equipment isn't being kept up with, trash all through the parking garages. It's sad we pay a ton of money and it's truly not worth it.

Verified Renter Just moved in yesterday! Amnett was so accommodating and so helpful! Beautiful property and apartments so far! The ooooonly thing I would say is a surprise is how loud DART system is when taking off, almost sounds like a jet engine!
