Verified Renter Great experience. I love that this place is so much better than the places in this region at the same price. It is an absolute value for money. Super spacious, great amenities, and perfect floor plans. One thing that I did not quite like was the parking. There are so many reserved parking spots it gets crazy finding a parking if you are coming late at night.

Verified Renter Beautiful apartments and nice community. They sometimes serve donuts and pizza in the front. Big pool and and dog park too!! 5 floors and a nice court yard.

Haven't Receive my Security Deposit Back I have yet to receive my Security Deposit back and it's been over 5 months since I left the Vantage at Spring Creek. When I call their office I can barely get a hold of someone and when I do, it seems that no one can give me an answer on where my Deposit is...
Verified Renter Generally love living here. One of the main reasons is the maintenance team. Guy is probably the best and most efficient maintenance person I've ever dealt with.

Verified Renter Have lived here for over three years, and generally have had a positive experience. Levi and the office team are great, the maintenance folks are very quick and helpful (especially Guy- the man is a saint!), the proximity to CityLine and the nature preserve can't be beat. It IS a little on the pricey side, and some of the peeps moving in have been on the sketchy side, revving their cars at all hours in the parking garage, letting their friends in to hang out at the pool, vandalizing and stealing, etc. These i... read more
