If i could give this place negative stars, i would. They SUCK. I was waiting to see my sister for an hour and a half and am still waiting. Sister already said i could come back and i've called the place multiple times. A nurse walked in for her shift and said she couldn't let us back... so she asked the other lady who apparently has to wait on someone else???? There isn't even a bathroom in the lobby. I really think they're trying to make me go crazy so i can admit myself and they can take my money. SCREW YOU VANTAGE POINT!
If i can give that place a ZERO start i would to be honest. They lie to their patient. I had evaluation with Dr. Elizabeth and she told me by the end of our appointment that she is strongly recommended that I do that surgery. She said will write her report that I am good to do the surgery and I went ahead and did all the other report and schedule. finds out from the bariatric surgery office that they denied me and said i am not mentally okay. I tried to reach them to see what happened as I am not sure what could be the reaso... read more
I was here over a year ago for mental issues that I have overcome Some of the staff was good but others didn't really care and was just worried about the pay check ,The food is horrible but that isn't the point the point is do not send your child here bc there is better places . My therapist and doctor were nice but I waited 48 hours for blood work and to be able to go to the room for food .
This place does not even deserve 1 star. My dad had dementia and had an injury at home which put him the hospital for two days. The doctor's decision to send him to a nursing home for rehab for his arm. He was in this nursing home for 2-1/2 days before they had him sent to Vantage Point. My family and I were not aware of this until he was actually there. The excuse was that he needed his medication regulated. Vantage Point is just like a prison! They have visitation for 1 hour a day, no more or no less. Two days a wee... read more
I would give a negative if possible. This place need to be investigated. I had someone close to me reach out to this place only to be mislead, treated like a criminal, and have his medications completely screwed with. They are money driven, Not ran on compassion and care for others. This place will leave out very important information at the "assessment" only to make your life much worse when you are only reaching out for help. Very disappointed in how this place is ran and the Doctors do not care and don't even act like... read more
