Erin repeatedly mistook my wife’s name with her maiden name due to her existing account in the loanfly borrower portal, which resulted in the need for last minute additional hard credit inquiries. Every estimate from her was outrageously high - both the lender fees and interest rates. As a result I was constantly negotiating with her and providing estimates from other lenders. I can't say enough great things about Erin and my experience working with her to get my dream home. From the very beginning she was very communicative about the process and gave updates as we went along. She answered all my questions and was so kind. I needed to get into a home very quickly due to moving out of my apartment in 2 weeks and she was able to get me approved for my home in 2 weeks!!
