Johnny and his team were really great, and quite easy and smooth. Thanks for the efficiency in the processing of the loan. I understand you guys were busy, so your availability was somewhat impacted at times.
Communicate better. I wasn’t told the closing was delayed due to something out of my control. I showed up to the closing only to be told it wasn’t happening. And then no one had answers as to when it would be happening. Then I had to drop everything at a moments notice when they were finally ready to close.
Excellent. All process was incredible.. I’m very happy with my new home and that dream came true for your company

Buenos dias, estamos muy felices de haber obtenido el prestamo, sin embargo hubo mucha falta de comunicacion y hasta ultimo dia fue de mucha tension esperando el monto final para transferir, de igual forma pague la poliza de la casa dos veces y eso se pudo evitar si me hubiesen respondido a tiempo... se nos informo que el cierre era a las 2 pm y realmente era a las 12, ese dia salimos de alli a las 4 30 esperando por los cierres de los demas, siento que pudo ser mejor toda la logistica del proceso (mucho desorden )
