This was by far the best home buying experience we have had thanks to Mark and Velocio Mortgage. We were in a bind needing to close quickly in order to keep from having to stay in hotels or rent an apartment (very hard with 2 kids and a dog). Mark was very responsive. He clarified each question I had so that I was able to fully understand each step.
Our closing was particularly stressful as at the time of closing we owned two homes because our home in CA was not closing until the next week. The underwriters, doing there job, were diligent in their analysis and were constantly requesting additional verifications. This caused significant stress to my wife and I. But Mark and his Team stayed w us through the whole process and staybcery ca and professional even when we maybe were not. The kept our stress to the minimum possible.
