Twyla CRAVY and Lynn tores were great they were really knowledgeable they helped us so much I can’t thank them enough. They were always available to take our phone calls and answered all our questions. Twyla made us feel so comfortable and never got frustrated no matter how many questions we had they were both really friendly I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family in the market for a house.

Closing cost were higher than expected. Underwriting was slow and required things like employment verification more than once. We have excellent credit with 20% down and payments similar to what we were paying in the home we sold in Fort Worth. We have not missed a payment in over 30 years and I have been employed for 39 years. I assume it is because you plan to sell my loan, I should have gone back to Colonial Savings who had pre-approved us.
