Order was delivered 20 minutes late
The food was horrible, the pizza was so salty we couldn't even eat it. Didn't include napkins or utensils even though we said it was a hotel delivery. My mouth still feels like I just drank half of the ocean

There was bacon on the pizza and ricotta cheese which I had asked not to put on. The entire pizza is in the trash.

I asked for my pizza to be delivered to my room. Staying in a very nice hotel. Tipped a little extra for the additional effort the driver would make to bring my order to my room. Told me they didn't bring orders to the rooms after dark. It was 930pm at a $200 a night hotel. The driver just left my pizza on a column in front of the front desk for me to come get. Food was bland. No flavor. Fries are soggy, limp, and old. Every time I order from here I'm disappointed and end up regretting it.
