Food was ordered at 10:15pm and came at 11:30pm - wasn’t even hot when it came. I live 2 minutes from Venice. So angry, will never order again

Refused to do contactless delivery. Food temperature adequate but quality just isn't there.
Food had no flavor. Has been better in the past.
I was promised my delivery between 6:50 & 7pm. I called the store at 7:20 after no communication on its status. They said 5 minutes. I waited until 7:40 to call again and the line was busy. When I finally got through I asked for a refund as the food has still not arrived - nearly an hour after promised delivery time.
the drivers aren't trackable on the grubhub menu so getting an accurate delivery time isn't possible. I ordered the strawberry cheescake and meatza pizza, both weren't very good. The pizza crust was hard and very chewy and the toppings were randomly scattered. The cheescake just isnt worth it all, it just didnt taste very good.
Not happy ordered 2 drinks only got one and was still charged for two
They very clearly don’t read the notes where important details are, because they didn’t send me the right sauce for my wings, they toasted my sub when I didn’t want it toasted, they put the wrong cheese on it, and messed up on the condiments. Won’t order from here again.
It's fine. Grubhub offered me a $10 off to try their service and then it expired while I was filling out the order.
