I need to stick to their pizzas. They make great pizza. Fries were bland with crisp ends but soggy in the middle. Roll was soggy. Not their best work

I asked for my pizza to be delivered to my room. Staying in a very nice hotel. Tipped a little extra for the additional effort the driver would make to bring my order to my room. Told me they didn't bring orders to the rooms after dark. It was 930pm at a $200 a night hotel. The driver just left my pizza on a column in front of the front desk for me to come get. Food was bland. No flavor. Fries are soggy, limp, and old. Every time I order from here I'm disappointed and end up regretting it.

The delivery fee was a whopping $7, which I found offensive because the restaurant was listed as having a delivery fee of $1.49. I didn't realize it was different until I reviewed the receipt. Deceptive. Would be less of a deal if the food was good. It was cold and very ho-hum.

Their version of breadsticks is burnt rolled pizza dough, brushed with butter or oil and a pack of garlic sauce.

Order gyros. They didn’t follow the directions in terms of what we wanted on them, and the meat was dry.

Food showed up almost an hour late and completely cold. They said we had to call grubhub if we wanted a refund.
