My system turned on ahead of time. Everything was done professionally and on time. Customer support is patient and resolved all the matters I asked about. Project manager is communicative and kept me updated on progress
Fast, clean professional install This install went so smoothly that they hardly even made our dogs bark! Seth was the coordinator on the project and he kept us apprised of every step along the way without being in our hair. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
The process was real quick within a month my solar is up and running, Sales man Chris is the best!
Excellent customer service
Great partner in a complicated process I had a solar panel system installed by Venture Solar last year. Overall, the process was as painless as an undertaking this big can be. Appointments were kept, people showed up on time. When there was a hiccup - and there were some - Venture made me whole and didn't nickel and dime me in the process. Great experience. My system is not officially on line as I am waiting for the final inspections. However, they are a month ahead of original time frame. Everything about process has been very smooth. My sales rep has done everything he said at the price he said. The install crew was excellent and efficient. They had my panels on and producing power in under 4 hours. Very professional, neat and clean.
Excellent service Highly recommended! We started the process April 3. Within 2 weeks got the approval from ConEd and Building Dept. Following week, they installed the panels and electrical. 2 days later, Venture Solar inspector came, same time as the rep from Buildings Dept and approved the installation.
