Excellent service, sales process and support From start to finish this company was tier A. The sales process was very smooth. Kevin Hine guided me throughout the entire process and explained me everything and more I needed to know about solar. I had the experience of pushy sales in the past before but did not feel that throughout the process here with Venture Solar. I am sure I made the right decision signing up with Venture.
Great Customer Service, Honest Approach, No Surprises I started the process with another company but was soon uneasy with the tactics, bait and switch on brands initially presented and poor communication. Communicative Competative and Competent Venture Solar has a great team of employees. They are very communicative, competitive, and competent. If you're looking for a company to install Solar, I highly recommend them. Their team of installers work for the company, rather than being subcontracted. I love generating solar on my roof!
Had a great experience with Venture Solar and I investigated many companies before I chose Venture. I have not been disappointed. Design team worked with me to give me the look I wanted and the installation team could not have been more efficient. Just waiting on the Electric company for new net metering and I will be good to go!!
Very courteous Staff We are pleased with the whole process. As with everything now a days it took a while from installation to working because of all the outside entities that need to be involved i.e., Town inspector, Eversouce replacing meter etc. Then a glitch because we had changed Wifi carriers. Solar Venture handled everything. When we received our next Eversouce bill, it was half the cost of the previous month. We have solar!! Great company. Very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I was pleased with how my roof came out and my solar install. The contractors were able to complete the job in a day! I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thank you for saving me money in my electric bill!
