Customer Service - On Site & Management After my system experienced some technical issues, the on-site team did not give up until solving the problem. Once they had discovered and fixed the problem, manager Ryan Henck stepped in to make things right and ensure I was satisfied with the resolution. Ryan and his team were a pleasure to work with and I appreciate their efforts. Now my system is up and running again smoothly and I look forward to many more years of savings with the Venture Solar team!
Solar panels are the way to go Was very hesitant about having Solar Panels installed been researching them for a few years now but when Venture came along (as a referral) I chose them. Customer service Kristopher and Paul in customer service are very helpful and answered all of our questions. They both always called us back and were so kind and knowledgeable. The company had some hiccups with the electric co but were always helpful and tried to rectify all issues.
Christopher amazing customer service I noticed my father wasn’t receiving kWh credits on his bill and was having issues with his gateway box I reached out to our saleswomen Victoria and who promptly put us in touch with Chris he was a great help and offered solutions right away they both definitely deserve a raise
Working with Venture went well. I was able to expedite my installation by adding my name to the cancellation list. The salesperson, inspectors, and installation team were punctual, polite, and responsive. The only issue is that one of my microinverters hasn't been working since installation and no one has been out to fix it yet.
